dulu boleh bersiap nak pergi kerja without even looking at the mirror pun. sekarang ni, serba serbi aku belek depan cermin. bila kita dah makin teliti, makin banyak lah flaw yang kita jumpa kat diri sendiri.
parut, dark skins and dry skins are everywhere suddenly.
perlahan-lahan aku googled up supplements and creams or gels to repair my skin.
try jugak cari supplement tapi mostly semua mahal2, I can't afford expensive one while I'm saving for my wedding kan?
and I also bought some creams to repair my skins.
lately muka senang sangat naik jerawat and the pimple left such ugly dark spots. jerawat tu sudahlah satu hal, kesan jerawat tu satu hal lagi nak hilangkan.
and all those dark areas and I need to lighten up, sheesh, so much work to be done.

since banyak jerawat tumbuh kat muka aku sekarang, I need a product to lightens the acne scars. stress betul, tinggal parut2 hitam pulak kat muka aku ni. previously aku pakai HirusScar. tube kecik 5gram tu tahan dalam sebulan. not bad, nampak la makin fade parut aku, I just wanna try Mederma ni, kalau tak berkesan macam HirusScar, aku akan kembali menggunakan yg tu. Mahal kot Mederma ni, kalau tak berkesan taktau nak kata apa. huhu.

walaupun aku ni Girls' School dari form1 - form 3, aku masih belum dapat Rubella vaccination aku. seingat aku, masa form 3 dapat satu jab aje, and I have checked my buku rekod kesihatan yg color dark blue tu, yg aku dapat adalah vaccination Anti-Tetanus (anti - kancing gigi)
Rubella basically vaccination yang kita kena ambik sebelum kita mengandung to protect us from Rubella virus masa mengandung.

i would like to seek your advise regarding rubella.i am getting married next year and i'm a bit concerned since i haven't got my rubella vaccination yet.
rubella was supposedly given during form 3 but according to my buku kesihatan,the only jab i received during form 3 was anti-tetanus.
where should i get and when should i get vaccinated referring to my condition above?

"Memang rubella diberi masa form 3. Kalau anda miss cuba cari di kelinik GP atau hospital swasta. Kalau tak ada juga berjumpa dengan kelinik kesihatan kerajaan. If u cant find it no need to worry too much. It is very rare to get rubella infection."
ohho...begitu ke? tapi demi protection dan keselamatan, advisable pergi la ambik jab tu ye. pergi je klinik swasta biasa then claim la dekat company ye dok?
teringat cerita cikgu Biologi aku dulu, dia cakap dia memang sengaja refused for Rubella jab sebab dia nak husband dia sendiri bawak dia pergi cucuk nanti. haha. sweet but dangerous. buatnya lupa? hehe. nasib baik ingat, dah anak dua dah pun, masa tu la. sekarang tak pasti hehe.
